We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our international People Team and focus on hiring for our UK market. In this role you will own requisitions, devise hiring strategies and partner closely with business stakeholders, all whilst learning from an in-house People team in a growing sector.

Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Partner manages the end-to-end recruitment process for Lucid Group Communications, from vacancy approval to selection of the new employee. They drive our recruitment strategy and provide a fantastic candidate experience throughout. Leveraging all recruitment channels they manage the candidate lifecycle including headhunting, screening, liaising with both candidate and business team right through to offer. The Talent Acquisition Partner’s accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ownership of building and maintaining a strong external talent pipeline
- Supporting internal hiring through interview support, awareness of our internal talent pool and application of the internal hiring policy
- Driving Lucid’s referral program, increasing awareness and running supplementary referral or networking activities
- Creation and delivery of recruitment strategy, with particular focus on hard to fill roles and niche positions, working with business to gain insights to enhance candidate attraction strategy
- Screening candidates to the highest standard, administered any assessments required and managing them swiftly through the recruitment process, identifying any roadblocks
- Ensuring candidates receive a best-in-class candidate experience throughout any interaction with Lucid
- Acting as a recruitment business partner, providing guidance and insights where required, build positive working relationships
- Provide and analyse talent data on an ongoing basis to guide business decisions
- Collaborate as a TA team to deliver above and beyond for Lucid
- Engage and the hire talent from all backgrounds and minority groups, championing inclusivity to prospective candidates, and being commit to improving the diversity of our talent pools. Identify our areas of underrepresentation and carve a strategy to ensure Lucid Group fully reflects the diversity of modern world
- Undertake project work aligned to business and HR priorities, input into strategic priorities for the year
- Ensure accurate input of all talent data within a timely manner
- Regularly review our recruitment approach and process with a focus on continuous improvement, reviewing the recruitment materials to be used for each vacancy and checking that it is fit for purpose
- Take accurate briefs from line managers and develop based on own knowledge of market as required to support business requirements
Qualifications:
Essential Criteria
- Considerable experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager, either in-house or in agency
- Proven results in direct headhunting
- A passion for making an impact
- A positive, open and willing attitude
- A clear understanding of modern recruitment principles
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A good balance between demonstrating a strategic approach, coupled with the willingness and enthusiasm to undertake the more transactional day to day recruitment activity
- A strong team player attitude fostering strong working relationships across teams and departments
- Highly self-motivated, accountable and committed, with well-developed decision-making skills
- Worked in a fast-paced, high-growth & continually changing environment
- A proactive / analytical approach to all aspects of work with the ability to make well thought out decisions & work independently
- A deadline driven and well organised approach
Desirable Criteria
- Degree education or demonstrable equivalent experience
- Experience working within Microsoft excel
- Demonstrable success in influencing stakeholders at a senior level to adopt appropriate recruitment strategies to support the business agenda, using a variety of influencing styles, insight and expertise
