Reporting to the Executive Director of Recruitment and Business Development, this role is based out of our Long Island office in Melville. This role will execute office recruiting plans to reach activity and full-time recruitment goals. This is not an HR position, it is a talent acquisition role primarily focused on the recruitment of sales professionals and career changers.
Our ideal candidate it someone that has previous recruiting, sales and/or marketing experience. We are looking for someone who is great at building relationships, outgoing, goal oriented and driven. Previous experience in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion space preferred but not required. Strong marketing and events experience a plus!
This is an in-office position. No remote work available.
