The role: You will be the central point of contact for all eHealth Queensland financial accounting related matters. It will be your responsibility to assist in providing financial advice to key stakeholders within eHealth Queensland in relation to financial performance, cost monitoring and budgetary management matters. You will utilise your expertise to ensure compliance of all statutory and reporting requirements, including budgetary and public administration policies. Additionally, you will undertake research to adequately respond to new public sector financial management and budgetary initiatives.Are you right for this role?To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate your knowledge of accounting concepts and strategies, and the use of financial systems and management of cost centres at an organisational level. Your application should illustrate your experience in providing analysis of financial and operational information to improve the information available for organisational decision making, and your knowledge and understanding of financial management legislation, policies and procedures.
