Robert Half Hiring for Administrative Assistant at Whistler, BC Full Time

My Whistler based client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their HR team. This is a newly created role and will collaborate and support the administrative functions of the HR team within the retail industry.

Some of the key responsibilities will include onboarding and offboarding documentation, health, and safety orientation, organizing social events, light bookkeeping, data entry, facilities coordination. This role is fully onsite in Whistler.

The successful candidate is confident in their abilities, can prioritize tasks and has a good sense of customer service.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service mindset
• At least 1 year experience in an administrative capacity
