We are recruiting for an OD Specialist to join an exciting and growing Organisation Development, Talent and Learning team at Coventry University. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal and active role in a team dedicated to helping to grow the skills and capabilities needed amongst our people to bring both Group and People Strategy to life, and to supporting our colleagues to perform at their best and maximise their potential throughout their careers with Coventry University Group.

In this role, you will create, facilitate and deliver a range of OD and learning initiatives and interventions, working under the direction and guidance of the OD Business Partner for Talent and Apprenticeships, and help to implement new ways of working to ensure that the skills and capability of the workforce meet current and emerging organisational needs. This is a key operational role requiring the specialist knowledge, confidence and credibility to understand and analyse customer requirements and to provide consultation and build solutions in line with strategic goals and OD, Talent & Learning objectives.
The role requires in-depth expertise and accountability for designing, developing, delivering and evaluating initiatives or programmes relating to talent management and development, succession planning, apprenticeship and early careers pipelines, and other related organisational development and learning topics.
