Steve Madden Hiring for ACCOUNT SERVICES COORDINATOR at New York, New York Full Time

1. ORDER ENTRY

• Enter and maintain orders for specified accounts, regions or brands
• Check for accuracy on orders
• Understand customer’s requirements, such as labels, routing guidelines, and other DO’s and Don’ts
• Cross check other account Services orders.
• Communicate and discrepancies on orders to salesreps
• Review Edi orders and check for accuracy, process said orders

2. ATS

• Minimize oversold for your division (s)
• Work with production and sales team to resolve oversold when possible

3. Past cancels

• Become proactive and foresee any possible past cancels due to issues such as port delays and credit issues
• Run report daily and ensure accuracy of orders, inventory and adjust any past cancels when possible

4. Production

• Utilize receiving logs and prioritize styles when necessary
• Review the ATS report and work with the team on subbing and moving around orders as needed. Work with production on identifying any potential issues such as orders not placed, meeting minimums and late deliveries

5. Warehouse

• Review daily issues logs with the team, answer any pending issues in a timely manner
• Work with Sanjeev, production and Jatin to prioritize containers based on division needs
• Work closely with routing team on any routing issues, allocations of goods, partial shipping of goods and prerouting
• Work with compliance on any compliance issues

6. Chargebacks and Credit Department

• Work with the AR team on releasing orders in a timely manner
• Keep constant communication with AR on any chargeback related issues and provide documentation needed to confirm or fight chargebacks
• Create and maintain price adjustments, markdowns and credits for review to sign off.

7. Salesreps

• Work with reps to optimize performance and growth in their areas
• Work with reps to improve customer satisfaction, returns and quality of AS experience.

Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $21.63 – $24.03. Actual rate will be determined based off candidate’s skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits.
