University of Portsmouth Hiring for Faculty Recruitment & Outreach Officer Job at Portsmouth, South East England, England Full Time

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our Recruitment and Outreach team as Faculty Recruitment and Outreach Officer.

You will work collaboratively with the University’s Faculties to implement their Faculty recruitment and outreach plans to achieve the University’s undergraduate recruitment targets and Access and Participation Plan (APP) targets. This will involve organising and delivering subject specific recruitment and outreach events and activities for students, teachers, advisers and parents from target schools and colleges.

You will have excellent organisational, project management and administrative skills with experience of event organisation and delivery. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be experienced in building effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.

You must be willing and able to undertake occasional travel across the UK and work evenings and weekends as required. Full enhanced DBS clearance is essential.
