Competitive Salary Range

The average total comp (cash + bonus) for this role in the Sydney market is $80,000 – $100,000 per year. + Startup Equity.

You will be an early and influential member of the Ofload people and culture team. You will be accountable for sourcing and building the candidate pipelines for our operations and commercial teams. You will educate and influence your hiring managers with your expertise and market insights. You will help drive our employer branding efforts while owning continuous improvement for the talent function. • Candidate Management – Create good candidate experiences and relationships by engaging and supporting applicants throughout the recruitment funnel
• Sourcing, Screening and Interviewing – Source candidates suitable for open roles, screen them, and interview them with hiring managers.
