Senior Development Control Engineer

I am currently working with a local authority in the North of England. They are currently looking to bring on a Senior Highway Development Control Engineer to join the council on a 7-month contract. Due to an increase in workload and additional budget left over they are offering a competitive rate to the right candidate.

(Remote Role – days a week in office)

Rate: £50+ (Inside IR 35)

Working hours: 37 hours a week

Contract Length: 7-months

The successful candidate:

• 10 years’ experience working as a civil engineer.
• 5 years’ experience in development control
• Experienced handling highways appraisals, relevant planning applications, technical appraisals of TAs.
• Experienced working for a local authority in the UK.
