Job Description:

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who are resourceful with great problem solving skills, professional, reliable, and provide an outstanding customer service experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Day Shift (Monday to Friday)

Salary: $18.00 per hour.

Social Distancing in place.

Health benefits offered after 3 month probation period (medical, dental and vision)

Job Requirements:

• You live in Canada and are legally authorized to work;
• Must be fluent in English. Fluency in Spanish will be considered an asset;

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written);

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;

• Exceptional computer skills (knowledgeable in Microsoft office is an asset);

• Ability to adapt to new processes.

• Resourceful and has great problem-solving skills.

• Ensure privacy and security practices.
• Retail and customer phone service experience considered an asset.

Duties and Responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Answer inbound calls, welcome the customers and meet their needs with efficiency.

• Investigate and resolve customer’s concerns by delivering exceptional customer service
• Make outbound calls relating to current campaign(s).

• Return missed calls, and many other miscellaneous tasks such as customer follow up.

• Manage customer orders by maintaining account information in a timely manner from order placement to order delivery.

• Minimum one year customer service experience.
