We are looking for a confident and established Talent Coordinator to support the HR team in the delivery of all recruitment and talent coordination services within our Hospitals.

The Talent Coordinator will undertake tasks and responsibilities in all aspects of talent and people coordination including recruitment and retention, policy implementation, and organisational change. Working closely with the Human Resources Team and the Hospital Manger, along with being 100% site based, this role will be fundamental in shaping our people activity as well as supporting the entire colleague lifecycle for colleagues.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to relate well to people on all levels with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy. This is a busy and dynamic post and will require someone who is highly organised and possesses excellent administrative skills, remains calm under pressure and can work to tight deadlines.
