About The Role

In this role you will have the opportunity to recruit for a variety of premium retail brands, Samsung KX and others. You will be responsible for attracting, screening, interviewing and helping to select the best candidates for a variety of roles.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure the right recruitment strategy is adopted for all roles, considering quality, cost, consistency and time to hire.
• Attract candidates through engaging adverts and headhunting via major job boards.
• Manage the candidate journey, to ensure each applicant receives a positive experience
• Conduct interviews to select high quality candidates
• Ensure managers adhere to the recruitment process
• Ensure candidates are kept engaged throughout the recruitment process up to the start date
• Propose and implement solutions to overcome recruitment for particularly challenging positions.
• Review the success of campaigns and propose new initiatives to improve outcomes.
• Support line manager with projects relating to ATS, analysis of recruitment related data/costs

We are looking for candidates who have the following:

• Solid experience recruiting a variety of roles in a fast paced retail environment. (Would consider applicants from hospitality if they have previous retail work experience.)
• Passionate about recruitment.
• Experience in using Linked in, and other major job boards to headhunt and generally search for talent.
• Strong interpersonal skills, can develop a good rapport.
• Professional but approachable – can be a great ambassador for Stellar and the go-to person for Talent, (expert in field).
• Organised with attention to detail.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills. (can write engaging adverts and interview questions)
• Analytical – can assess candidates based on criteria
• Team player, happy to recruit junior and more senior roles at volume, and work inline with our recruitment process
• Good IT skills and has used an ATS before, so can help with implementation.

What we offer:

This role is Monday to Friday (9-5.30) with hybrid working. You will be required to work at our newly refurbished offices, London Bridge (2-3 times a week) and from home. On occasions you will be required to visit client locations.

• Salary of £35,000-£45,000 (dependant on experience)
• 28 days hols plus time off for bank holidays
• Medicash (this is a health cash plan that allows you to claim back money spent on private treatments and appointments e.g. dentist, diagnostic tests, etc. It also offers additional benefits such as virtual GP appointments, counselling and discounts).
• Discretionary bonus, up to 10% of salary
• At the end of each month, Friday afternoon or Monday morning paid time off.
