Being our Talent Acquisition and Early Careers Manager, you and your team will have an involvement in all aspects of our recruitment.

Managing the Talent Acquisition Consultants and Coordinator, you and the team will cover both operational and commercial recruitment across the UK and Ireland. You’ll need to be a passionate leader who gives the team the platform to grow and the freedom and autonomy to use their experience to recruit the best people for our business, whilst being on hand to steer the team within the overarching strategy.

Not only will you have a strong involvement with the recruitment of Senior Leaders within the business, but you’ll be also managing our apprenticeship recruitment and the development of our existing colleagues in line available apprenticeship standards. You’ll have complete ownership of the Graduate Recruitment from advert, through to screening, video interviewing and management of the Assessment Centre. You’ll then be planning the onboarding and events and placements throughout our graduates’ 2-year programme along with attending events and owning the full attraction piece.
