Trace Hiring for Finance Manager – Broking Job at London, England Full Time

The role will involve regular collaboration with multiple teams as well as the CEO. The organisation is going through an exciting period of high growth and the role is an excellent opportunity to take on a highly varied role with scope to engage in a lot of project work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of statutory accounts and assisting with annual audit
• Preparation of various management reports
• Liaising with the CEO and building relationships with key stakeholders in the business
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• The role also involves elements of day-to-day transactional duties such as:
• Performing daily cash reconciliations

• Handling invoices for approval and payment

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions at month end

• Documenting accounting processes and policies
• Other ad-hoc projects

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Qualified ACCA/ACA with 5-7 years’ PQE
• Experience of working in an SME is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills required
• Self-awareness, maturity and irreproachable integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

The role offers £75,000 – £90,000 plus benefits
