The UCL Faculty of Population Health Sciences (FPHS) brings together eight academic departments whose common aim is to explore and understand the underlying factors that cause ill-health and innovate to improve health worldwide. The UCL Global Business School for Health (GBSH) at UCL East campus is an innovative business school preparing future healthcare leaders to disrupt and reimagine global health systems. About the role
We are looking for two Education Administrators (Postgraduate Taught) within the fast-paced Global Business School for Health Education team. These positions will support students across our postgraduate programmes through recruitment, admissions, onboarding and all programme-related activity providing a high-quality student experience.
About you
Applicants should have a minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including Mathematics and English Language) or equivalent, or similar relevant work experience. They must have worked in a busy office environment, preferably within a business school or higher education. We expect applicants to be computer literate, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work to deadlines. They should be able to produce accurate records and deal with high volumes of processing. They will work cooperatively with their team members and learn new systems quickly.
