The role:
This is an exciting new opportunity to lead our in house team of recruitment consultants, deliver our strategic and operational resourcing activities and develop our approach to all aspects of talent demand.
You will be joining our People & OD leadership team as we design our future people strategy and your success in attracting and developing talent will be core to the success of Nacro’s mission. We are recruiting for a high number of roles across a diverse range of service areas and are seeking to further develop our tools, processes, and employer brand. Your key priorities will include;
Candidate Profile:
Your talent and resourcing management experience will have been built in fast paced, high resourcing demand environments working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Charity/specific sector experience is not essential, you will need empathy with our mission and the values that enable us to succeed.
The offer;
In addition to a first class salary, Nacro offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including
25 days holiday ( plus statutory) rising to 30 days after 5 years, pension and health cash plan.
The offer here is for blended office/home working.
