Mednow Hiring for Customer Support Representative (Toronto) at Toronto, ON Full Time

We can rely on you to:

• Listen to inbound and outbound phone patients, understand their needs, and resolve any challenges they’re facing by either addressing them yourself or redirecting them to the right place. Don’t forget to make sure they always feel heard.
• Channel your inner techie and use our systems to document all patient interactions, so that not a single detail is missed!
• Follow our scripts, policies, and procedures to deliver customer service the Mednow way

What you bring to the table:

• You’re passionate and understand life at a fast-growing company
• You’re accustomed to being a small department and wearing multiple hats
• You have never encountered a problem you couldn’t solve
• You have next level attention to detail and are not afraid to take initiative and be proactive

Your must haves:

• Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and considerate)
• Tech savvy; you can comfortably navigate between Google Suite, Excel, a CRM, and any other software that gets thrown your way
• Experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, and/or administrative support
• Excellent communication skills; written and oral
