YVR AIRPORT OFFICE Front Counter Agent – FULL TIME POSITION

Mega International Air Services (VAN.) Inc. is a non union airline cargo handling company who has been active at Vancouver International Airport for over 35 years. Mega is staffed with professional personnel combining numerous years of experience in the air cargo industry.

As of today, Mega International Air Services (VAN.) Inc. is the cargo handler for various airlines, such as: Lufthansa German Airlines, Korean Air, China Airlines, EVA Air, Japan Airlines, All Nippon Airways, , American Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Xiamen Airlines and Aeromexico Airlines

Mega International is currently hiring one full-time Front Counter Agent.

The ideal candidate will be:

Speak Fluent English

Have excellent communications skills and time management skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Working knowledge of office equipment

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Have the ability to work a variety of shift, as assigned. Days, Weekends, Stat Holidays.

Must pass Transport Canada Background Security Clearance

Must be either Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen and able to work legally in Canada.

As a Front Counter Agent, you will be involved with the following:

– Customer service (telephone and front desk)

– Notify customers of shipments arrival

– Respond to shipment inquiries by email

– Assisting with imports and exports documentation
