The Role:

Supporting the Business Planning and Performance Manager in providing professional business information with the use of data analytics and data science to support and direct operational service delivery decisions & policy decisions.

Information would include, but not limited to, for e.g. service demand, financial modelling, customer behaviour, customer cohort, market segmentation analysis, predictive analytics, Machine Learning and artificial intelligence.

About You:

Ideally you will have a relevant qualification in data analytics/science or you must have experience of advanced data analytical techniques. You will have experience in using to a high level data analytical software including programming in industry standard applications.
