Culina Group Limited, through its subsidiaries, provides logistics, warehousing, distribution, and other services for the food and drink industry in United Kingdom and Ireland. It provides chilled, ambient, contract packaging, and bonded logistics services, as well as value-added services, such as online visibility and systems integration, pallet management, and supply chain management.

Due to the continued growth of the business we are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the Talent Management team.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering a first class recruitment service to each of the legal entities within the group.

The Talent Acquisition Manager Responsibilities include:

• Working with senior managers and HR Business Partners to understand key resource requirements to ensure the development of resourcing strategies that meet both current and future organisational needs.
• Creating sourcing strategies for difficult to fill roles knowing how to demonstrate the right tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, agency or tailored solutions.
• Understanding and delivering data insights to influence your internal partners and identify improvement areas to deliver the best in class candidate experience.
• Acting as the Talent subject matter expert on employee resourcing strategies to provide innovative, cost effective and timely solutions.
• Supporting and developing internal mobility across Culina Group Ltd.
• Managing and developing recruitment processes, ensuring that all recruitment activity is in line with the recruitment policy.
• Evaluating and reporting progress against resourcing activity to demonstrate effectiveness and value.
• Appointing and working with 3rd party providers for the management of recruitment campaigns and the supply of permanent appointments.
• Overseeing the use of internal and external job advertisement sites to ensure information provided is accurate and engaging.
• Supporting senior stakeholders with their recruitment requirements; attending interviews as required.
• Build talent pools and manage candidate communities for hard to fill and high-
• Delivering the graduate and undergraduate hiring needs across the Culina Group Businesses.

• Proven experience in an internal recruitment role, ideally with experience of recruiting both high volume and specialist roles
• Experience of managing small teams
• Previous experience of managing recruitment to include drafting advertisement, shortlisting, competency based interviewing and candidate management.
• Experience of delivering priority work within strict timelines.
• Previous experience of working with 3rd party suppliers for the delivery of permanent and temporary workers.
• Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers
• Strong ability to work flexibly, managing changing and competing priorities
• Able to provide effective line management and / or project team management to achieve objectives
• Able to use evidence and judgement to solve problems, test options and create new approaches.
• Able to challenge and influence others, to contribute professional and technical expertise to effective decision making
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns.
• Highly skilled in prioritisation and organisation of your own and your team’s workloads
• Experience of working with HR / Talent Management systems
