We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:

• Well-developed knowledge and understanding of contemporary HR legislation, principles and practices and the proven ability to apply that knowledge to resolve complex human resource management issues.- Proven experience in the development, implementation and review of a range of HR related policies and procedures that support organisational objectives and the provision of best practice HR management services.- Demonstrated experience in providing advisory and consultancy services to management and staff on a wide range of complex human resource management issues, including the negotiation of significant workforce management matters and conflict resolution.- Demonstrated highly-developed interpersonal and communication skills and the proven ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships, liaise effectively and work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.- Proven ability to plan, prioritise and organise work to achieve goals and meet deadlines, including the ability to deal with competing demands and manage multiple complex projects and tasks.
