As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Colony Hardware your mission is simple; to identify, screen, and hire the best talent in the industry to ensure Colony Hardware can continue the growth trajectory we have planned for the immediate and long-term future.

A Little About Your Day:

• You will execute full-cycle recruitment, including but not limited to: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling on-site interviews with appropriate hiring managers.
• Provide strategic staffing support to the assigned client base.
• Facilitate position requisition approval process.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions.
• Manage job postings on various internal and external sites.
• Develop and maintain a network of outside contacts to broaden candidate reach.
• Work with other members of the HR department to ensure a world-class onboarding experience.
• Provide regular updates to all involved in the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers with candidates and hiring managers.

What Youll Need for Success:

• A minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience with experience working on salary and hourly-based positions.
• Experience working on positions in the light industrial, warehous. retail, or manufacturing is a strong plus.
• Experience with both local and remote hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to think creatively about how to find the best people.
• Experience working in various recruiting systems including applicant tracking systems.
• Strong computer systems skills placing importance on documentation.
• Process orientation while having the ability to flex outside a process when needed.
• Prior agency recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
