Position Overview

You will perform the following duties:

• Help customers by phone.
• Ability to correspond proficiently in a formal and professional manner with customers.
• Care for our customers by delivering a high level of service.
• Moinitor and answer emails.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Successful candidates must possess the following

• Advanced computer skils
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is considered an asset
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communications skills
• Exceptional customer service is considered an asset
• Good reading and writing is a necessity.
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions and follow through independently.
• An overall positive and professional demeanour

Position Details

• This is a full- time role. Work days include Monday-Saturday for a fulltime position.
• Lots of flexibility within this role
• This is an hourly position, wage will be discussed in the interview.
