Responsibilities:
- Analyze/Assess the current tools/technologies leveraged by the TA team to ensure the team is getting the most ROI out of their investment
- Research new tools/technologies that could improve efficiencies within the department
- Create partnerships with organizations to help the company become more visible in the community (job/career fairs etc.,)
- Create and implement any other strategies that they feel would benefit the Talent Acquisition Team
