Why Your Role Matters:

As the Undergraduate Student Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for managing key relationships with domestic High Schools, prospective students and associated influencers as you develop and deliver the University’s Domestic High Schools Recruitment Strategy. This will see you responsible for ensuring relationships maximise the potential for student recruitment by fostering a customer-focused approach to service and identifying new opportunities or emerging issues across the undergraduate domestic market. In addition to managing the University’s domestic recruitment activities across NSW and Australia, you will also coordinate the University’s Student Ambassador Program, including hiring, training and developing this important team of casual staff.

Who You Are:

• A relevant degree with extensive experience in recruitment and marketing strategy, or and equivalent level of industry knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training and experience
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice and operational support to Senior Executives and to influence, as appropriate, to ensure successful outcomes
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to articulate information clearly and succinctly with experience delivering public presentations to groups of any size
• Advanced stakeholder management and relationship development skills, and ability to lead, manage and motivate individuals and teams
• Excellent collaboration skills and experience working in a complex matrix organisational environment
• Excellent relationship management skills, with a demonstrated track record of fostering and maintaining strong and successful internal and external networks, supporting successful outcomes
• Highly developed organisational and time management skills, with proven attention to accuracy and detail
• Higher Education and premium brand experience across local and international markets is highly desirable
• A current NSW Driver’s License Class C or equivalent and NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
