Williams Chocolate Factory Hiring for Customer Service Representative and Packager at Whitby, ON Full Time

Urgently Hiring an individual who is passionate and excited to learn about our family- run chocolate business. We will train you on the store front where we sell all our delicious products as well as the behind the scenes in the factory such as the making process, packaging, taking inventory, etc.

Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30 and Saturdays Rotation Shift

The new recruit will need to be:

• dedicated to providing great customer service
• energetic, friendly and enjoy meeting new people
• willing to work in a team setting but able to work independently as well
• able to lift up to 50lbs
• food handlers certificate an asset but can be obtained after employment

Job responsibilities will be but not limited to:

• Store front; ensure store is visually appealing through product presentation, visual displays, product replenishment, and store housekeeping, use of register and merchandise transactions
• Customer service skills; friendly and polite with all customers, enthusiastic about selling a quality product, being able to understand customers needs and resolve any conflicts
• Packaging and Production of Product; packaging items, inventory of products, completing custom orders, and cleaning of store and factory to keep up with local health department requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $17.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
