We provide interactive investment reporting and analysis solutions for clients in the financial sector such as asset managers, and high wealth family offices. Our innovative B2B SaaS solution provides disruptive and user-friendly analyses to our clients.

Our company is well funded (post series A) and with little competition in our market, the key to our success is to recruit and develop ambitious talent who want to take ownership and drive our business forward .We are searching for an individual with experience of recruitment and sourcing candidates to build talent pipelines, who want to diversify and develop their role within HR, Talent Development and the employee life cycle.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious and Talented individual who wants to support the efforts of our global HR team as we scale the business. The role will involve headhunting exceptional candidates so we are looking for candidates with a background in recruitment who take pride in their candidates experience and want to make an impact on the overall employee experience.

The successful candidate will learn directly from our HR Director and gain exposure and learning to help the business scale.

The Role

• Source and headhunt candidates to build our talent pipelines as we scale through linkedin
• Organise interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage our onboarding and induction process for new hires
• Facilitate and organise departmental inductions and training plans
• Facilitate and organise employee engagement activities to develop our company culture and employee value proposition
• Manage our HR systems to enable a positive employee experience
• Process and coordination of HR administration and documentation
• Act as a point of contact for employees HR queries
• Coordinating HR reports and statistics to support management decisions
• Manage our OKR Process

Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years experience of direct recruitment
• Experience of sourcing and headhunting candidates through Linkedin
• At least 2 years experience of managing HR administration and onboarding of employees
• Experience of using bambooHR
• Ambition to develop a career within HR
• Understanding of the employee life-cycle and the value of HR
• Knowledge of a good candidate experience
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Performance-focused with a strong drive and motivation to succeed
