As a Barclays Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Europe, this is an exciting time to join our Global Talent Acquisition team, being the primary relationship management lead for your respective client group, working to effectively ensure the delivery of a great candidate, hiring manager and stakeholder experience. This is a highly visible role, where you’ll be able to share and display an understanding of commercial values and an in-depth knowledge of the business areas you’ll be partnering with.

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires.
