POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Place Dorchester building located downtown is currently looking for a Customer Service and Rentals Coordinator. Are you a sales ace? Proactive, with innovative sales-marketing ideas? We have the opportunity for you waiting for you!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with the property manager the interventions requiring a specific action plan.
• Ensure the provision of high level customer service
• Follow-up of rental files
• Fulfill leases
• Manage the collection of rents and the making of deposits according to the standards in force
• Plan the arrivals and departures of tenants and ensure the optimal progress of these activities, while maintaining the security of the building and its occupants
• Preparation and follow-up of moves
• Respond to customer inquiries, email follow-ups
• Respond to rental requests (email follow-ups, Facebook, ILS, etc.)
• See to the management of the repair work according to the requests of the tenants with the members of the maintenance
• Update the various administrative reports
• Update the various rental reports
• Work with the property manager for rent collection
