Position Overview:
**DESK POSITION AND FULLY REMOTE**

We are a growing public adjusting firm aimed at assisting insureds with property losses seeking current or future Public Adjusters for residential and commercial property claims. We are servicing Hurricane Ian clients in Florida and looking to add highly motivated people to help out our clients.

This position has a base salary plus commissions.

Responsibilities –

• Investigate and evaluate losses for insureds
• Preparing estimates for loss reimbursement
• Resolve claim disputes with insurance carriers, if any
• Managing client expectations
• Sales/Customer Service

Requirements –

• Active 6-20 All Lines, 31-20 Apprentice, 73-20 Non-Resident Public Adjuster or 3-20 Resident Public Adjuster license. (Apprenticeship is available for 6-20 licensed adjusters)
• Xactimate 28 or X1 experience preferred
• G Suite, Adobe, Microsoft Office, Windows
• Sales/Customer Service Skills
• Persuasive Writing, Critical Thinking, Attention to Detail, Organization and Teamwork Skills
• Insurance claims experience (Auto or Property); 2 years preferred
• Construction experience; 2 years preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
