Millersville University Hiring for Half-time Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach at Pennsylvania, United States Full Time

Assist the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach with the daily operations
of conducting a successful volleyball program, including the
monitoring, and ensuring the academic success of student-athletes.
Contract renewed on an annual basis.

Required Qualifications

• Successful experience coaching women’s volleyball at the
  college, club and/or high school level or successful experience
  playing volleyball at the college level.
• Knowledge of and/or experience recruiting.
• Demonstrated commitment to academic/athletic excellence.
• Demonstrated evidence of ability to work effectively with
  student-athletes of diverse races and cultures.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication
  skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel,
  PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Evidence of a commitment to diversity, equity, and
  inclusion.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successful interview.
• Successful completion of three background checks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Knowledge of:
  • NCAA Division II rules.
• Experience in:
  • DII Recruiting.
  • Fundraising.
  • PSAC coaching or playing experience.
