Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls and greet visitors to the office
- Handles various property administrative tasks including word processing, filing, reporting, copying, scanning, and data entry
- Keep kitchen stocked and clean
- Managing the reception desk
Successful Candidate:
- 2+ years administrative experience, ideally within the real estate sector
- Professional with great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong administrative and computer skills
