What is Required?

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associates degree is preferred
• 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience preferred
• Healthcare experience is preferred
• Workday experience is preferred
• Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-pace environment

You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
