We have the right position for you with a reputable company in the travel and tourism industry,

Salary : 50K to 54K depending on experience
Schedule: Be available from 9am to 10pm, including weekends
Work from home 100% (anywhere in Quebec and Ontario)
All equipment provided

***Must have a valid TICO certification***

Responsibilities

• Provide travel counselling support and make outbound calls as may be required.
• Offer the best travel experience to our clients by offering alternatives to their travel plans
• Collaborate with, and learn from, our experienced team of travel consultants to deliver an

exceptional service experience
 Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to best service the customer

• Contribute to business objectives and service levels through efficient customer interaction
• Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, educate the customer where applicable to

limit future contacts

• Handle any complaints and deal with them in a calm and professional manner while suggesting

alternative solutions

• Build and maintain rapport with customers

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years working in the travel and tourism industry.
Experience in a call center is an asset
Mastery of AMADEUS
Native knowledge of SABRE
Must have a valid TICO certification
MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
Fluency in French and English
