The Salter Group Hiring for Audit Senior (Remote) Job at Remote Full Time

We are looking for Senior Auditors who are meticulous and analytical with deep knowledge of auditing practices. We need people who are reliable, has strong organizational skills with expertise in risk management and compliance.

You will be guided by Audit Supervisors or Audit Managers in performing your job responsibilities. You will be expected to direct auditing processes while ensuring that financial operations and controls meet standards and are accurate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee the auditing process
• Allocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditors
• Review team members’ work for accuracy and compliance
• Testing accuracy of account reconciliations by tracing reconciliation balances and reconciling items to supporting documentation and by resolving discrepancies
• Perform effective risk and control assessments
• Preparing analytics of client data
• Complete audits on time and submit reports to auditing manager
• Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency
• Coordinate periodical audits
• Assist in special projects

Qualifications

• Valid CPA license / actively pursuing CPA license
• Proven experience as an auditor
• In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices
• Updated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Integrity and reliability
• Sc/BA in Accounting or Finance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
