Customer Service Representative – Work from Home

$18.00-$22.00/hour + Benefits.

Inspire Direct Marketing is a Canadian fundraising agency on a mission to inspire fundraising.

We are one of Canada’s premiere fundraising call centres helping to provide a warm and friendly voice to many of the largest and most respected charities in Canada. We provide outbound fundraising calls to current and past supporters to raise funds for important causes around the globe. There are no cold calls or high-pressure tactics, but we are a performance team and results matter. We hope they motivate you as well.

This is a work-from-home position.

If you are a professional sales, customer service or call centre representative, join our team and use your skills to help end poverty and make our world a better place.

What you bring:

• A minimum of 2 years’ customer service and call centre experience
• You are looking for full-time hours, 40 hours a week
• Available to work evenings, until 10:00 pm EST Monday to Thursday
• You have exceptional customer service and communication skills
• You are technically savvy and self-reliant

What you should have:

• 
  A newer-version Windows PC or laptop computer (Apple or Mac are not supported)
• A USB headset and webcam
• A secure high-speed internet (25 mbps down/5 mbps up)
• A private home office (with door)
