• Manage data and ERP for all incoming orders.
• Opening customer files.
• Maintaining sales orders.
• Order entry + proposal approvals.
• Communicate with customers effectively through phone and email.
• Help solve delivery issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Actively work to meet customers’ needs and create a positive experience.
• Invoice management on internal and external platforms.

• Previous experience in Industrial Customer Service is preferred.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline is an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Proven ability to perform in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Highly skilled with MS Office including Excel.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Solid skills in project management.
