We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist for our growing company based in Mooresville, NC.
Human Resources Generalist Job Requirements
- New hire orientations, scheduled check-in s and exit interviews for all employees
- Performance management assistance activities
- Work alongside the Talent Acquisition Team to recruit, interview, and select candidates
- Provide HR support to employees in relation to absences/leaves, benefits administration, etc.
Human Resources Genralist Job Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree preferred
- 3+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a distribution/manufacturing environment
- HR certification (SHRM, HRCI) preferred
- Safety knowledge, certifications preferred
