We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist for our growing company based in Mooresville, NC.

Human Resources Generalist Job Requirements

  • New hire orientations, scheduled check-in s and exit interviews for all employees
  • Performance management assistance activities
  • Work alongside the Talent Acquisition Team to recruit, interview, and select candidates
  • Provide HR support to employees in relation to absences/leaves, benefits administration, etc.

Human Resources Genralist Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a distribution/manufacturing environment
  • HR certification (SHRM, HRCI) preferred
  • Safety knowledge, certifications preferred
