Great Bay Community College is seeking qualified individuals who are interested in contract teaching at the College in a classroom setting. Area of focus is non-destructive testing.

You will be working with Inspectors who have some experience and are getting their required training hours through this class. The schedule is:

Liquid Penetrant Testing: July 11 thru 14, 8:00-4:30

Visual Testing: July 25 thru 27, 8:00-4:30

All classes held at Rochester Campus

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in discipline OR Associates Degree with at least 1,000 hours experience OR 4,000 hours experience in discipline.

Experience:
3 years’ experience as a Level III;

Knowledge of and experience with basic hand tools and industry tools and equipment related to discipline;

Good written and verbal communication skills;

Computer skills

Previous teaching experience preferred.

Licensure: ASNT Levell II or Level III in discipline

Scope of Work:
The instructor will be responsible for preparing and delivering ASNT training classes in Visual Testing (24 hours) and Liquid Penetrant Testing (32 hours). The instructor must be familiar with and experienced teaching in an online or blended learning environment using a variety of platforms, including Zoom, classroom and labs.
