JOB SUMMARY

Our client, at a construction company headquartered in the Boston area, needs to add a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to their team! They’ll need someone to represent the company’s culture and values well, and fulfill the TA responsibilities. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage employee referral system/ be a point of contact for them
  • Management of sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding
  • Create/maintain candidate pipelines

Qualifications include:

  • 5 years experience with an HR/TA team
  • Experience in construction industry preferred
  • Ability to multitask
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Microsoft Office experience
