Our client, at a construction company headquartered in the Boston area, needs to add a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to their team! They’ll need someone to represent the company’s culture and values well, and fulfill the TA responsibilities. Responsibilities include:

Manage employee referral system/ be a point of contact for them

Management of sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding

Create/maintain candidate pipelines
Qualifications include:

5 years experience with an HR/TA team

Experience in construction industry preferred

Ability to multitask

Bachelor’s degree
-
Microsoft Office experience
