You will play a pivotal part in the growth of our business and have a growing demand in the Aged Care team. We have preferred supplier agreements with national organisations and our boutique team has built a culture that is committed and passionate, and enjoys working in a modern, autonomous, professional environment.

You will be heavily involved in all areas of end to end 360 degree recruitment including marketing, screening, interviewing, reference checking and business development. As this is a cold desk there will be a very heavy focus on business development and bringing new clients on board.

The successful individual will have a min. 3-5 years recruitment experience ideally in an agency environment within the health/medical/aged care arena. You will bring to the table a strong work ethic, “can do” attitude, excellent organisation, time management and multi tasking skills and your ability to work unsupervised in a sales driven environment.
