Soni Resources is partnering with a Leading Law Firm that is seeking a full-time Collections Specialist to join their US Finance team. This role requires a problem solver with a strong attention to detail. This position works closely with attorneys, clients and other Finance staff. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with senior level partners, as well as clerical staff. This position also entails working closely with clients to help facilitate timely payments and pay old debt.
The ideal candidate would need to have a sense of urgency, strong attention to detail, drive to learn and excitement when accomplishing a task. One must be able to prioritize tasks to make sure all assignments are completed and most important tasks are completed first, and before deadline .

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Office, especially Excel
  • Associates/Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume workflow/ work in a fast paced environment
