THE AGENCY

Having multiple businesses within the group such as:

Accountancy firm, international tax specialist, estate agency and investment firm (with 26 further active investments), this group have the capital and drive to break into the recruitment industry.

The full recruitment set up is ready to go, with marketing, and e-tools set up and ready, as well as all operational support in place.

The investment group have a clear goal in recruitment direction with strategy for growth in place.

THE OPPORTUNITY

To set up and establish your own recruitment function, fully supported by the business both financially and operationally.

Once your niche is up and running, the investment in talent to sit beneath you from experienced hires to newbies is set and ready.
There are no financial expectations to generate profit immediately; this will be the purpose of the team hired in time. Your priority is to establish and develop the business.
The reward is huge for the senior leadership team in your own personal earnings, the business is set to make their money from the team beneath you, NOT from you.

THE BENEFITS

Up to £100,000 (DOE)

Fully Home Based!

Paying an enhanced base salary + personal commission set at a flat 65% (on all revenue).

Be your own boss, choose your hours/working week and structure your division how YOU see fit.

(This role is about maturity and future business growth over the long run – NOT for a quick buck!).

3+ year experience as a Recruitment Consultant within your niche.

Attitude is the most critical, motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
