The So Company is looking for a Content Strategist Consultant to join our expanding team. The purpose of a Content QA Analyst is to edit and proof the content in a content management system (CMS), digital document, platform, website, and/or file. The Content QA Analyst’s focuses will include fact-checking, proofreading for grammar and punctuation and typographical errors, and wording. They also conduct a test to ensure functionality on multiple platforms, as well as a test of all interactives to make sure that links to internal and external pages work.

Since 2014, The So Company’s teams have supported federal, state, and local government agencies and private sector organizations on projects that help improve service delivery—for example, improving content and usability on HealthCare.gov for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and VA.gov (formerly Vets.gov) for the Department of Veterans Affairs—and on projects that support innovation and organizational change—for example with the United States Navy and the United States Air Force.
