Due to an internal promotion we have an opportunity for an enthusiastic People & Culture Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis. This position will report into the Chief People & Culture Officer. The purpose of the position is to partner with managers and people across the Claim Central Consolidated Group to deliver seamless people operations services and an exceptional employee experience.

The role:

• Be the first P&C point of contact for all CCC employees
• Manage all P&C operations
• Deliver end to end Talent Acquisition support in conjunction with P&C Business Partners
• Co-ordinate key P&C cyclical activities in partnership with P&C team members
• Lead and support engagement activities
• Deliver P&C reporting especially as it relates to workforce planning
• Deliver or contribute to initiatives relating to P&C service delivery, engagement, organisational redesign and broader strategic initiatives as required
