Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading clients! They are currently looking for a HR & Payroll Administrator to join their team.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
You will work to identify issues that will or are impacting systems stability, availability and functionality, and then work promptly, jointly & proactively to mitigate and resolve such issues.
1. Work to identify and resolve issues that will or are impacting systems stability, availability and functionality.
2. Specify enhancements to systems, log system deficiencies and then test delivered software.
3. Produce timely and accurate management information.
4. Work with colleagues, customers and suppliers to manage service perception and the understanding of IS services.
5. Work with shareholders to improve processess and maximise system asset utilization.
6. Deliver system improvements and projects to support the company’s growth plans.
7. Work on projects to improve cash profit & customer satisfaction and deliver within agreed budgets and timescales.
8. Comply with procedures to store and re-use IS equipment effectively and efficiently.
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
1. HR/Payroll configuration experience is essential.
2. Desire to learn / add value / drive progress.
3. Excellence in building positive relationships with business stakeholders.
4. Ability to translate the Payroll / HR team’s business requirements into simple and easy-to-use system processes.
5. Ability to prioritise activities and work on own initiative.
6. Good record-keeping and minute taking skills.
7. Project planning skills are desirable.
8. Good written and verbal communication skills, communicating effectively and efficiently with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:
1. SAP experience.
2. Experience training others.
