What you’ll be doing
Support our footwear retail client through various communication channels: phone, email, chat, and social media
Respond to customers’ order and shipment inquiries
Accurate and concise feedback and special needs documentation in a computer-based system
Process credit card and other online payments
What are we looking for?
Proven effective oral and written communication skills
An engaging personality
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent technology skills and ability to multi-task
Proficient typing speed and accuracy
Understanding of a metrics-driven performance environment
A dedicated space where you can take phone calls without background interference
Computing Requirements
A Windows laptop or a desktop
Reliable internet speed and broadband connection (5 Mbps download, 2.5 Mbps upload)
Hardwired or ethernet connection to the internet during your shift
At least 1 extra monitor and the correct cable (minimum of 19″ screen size)
A wired USB headset with a mute button
Smartphone for application authentication
