Onyx Funding is a commercial real estate firm with a focus on financing and loan origination. We are dedicated to delivering best-in-class solutions to investors, developers, and operators nationwide.

We are growing our team in Miami and hiring aggressively both locally and nationally. We are looking for a recruiter/talent acquisition manager that will help us bring on new talent and find the right people for the team.

The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of recruiting experience, with preferred experience in hiring for sales, finance, or real estate positions.

We are looking for someone entrepreneurial that has the skills and passion to take ownership of the hiring process and make it your own.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting cycle, from sourcing strategies and phone screens, to offer extension and onboarding.
• Take ownership of the hiring process by building initiative and making recommendations.
• Look for new talent and recruit via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and other creative tactics to find the right candidates
• Establish a recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience recruiting
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Familiar with online job posting tools and sourcing
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Extremely well organized with the ability to effectively multi-task and calmly handle large workloads.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
