Core Responsibilities

In this role you will be the Finance Business Partner supporting the People Operations & Development (PO&D) global function. More specifically you will:

• Be the CFO for the Global PO&D business area, and a trusted Finance Partner (“right hand”) to the Chief People Officer. The PO&D area is led by the Chief People Officer and is responsible for the LEGO Group’s people agenda.
• Co-lead business decisions together with the PO&D leadership team, being the challenger/gatekeeper and sounding board for financial risk/opportunities and investments
• Own the P&L for the business unit, including responsibility for financial planning and reporting
• Ensure strong financial foundations in PO&D governance and decision-making process
• Actively contribute to the broader CFO Organisation agenda

The team you will be joining partners three Executive Leadership team members and their organisations. The team is based in London and Billund.

We ensure our financial investments are transparent, well governed and are driving strong value outcomes consistent with our LEGO Group strategic priorities. We also play a key leadership role in helping to support the broader digital and sustainability journeys across the LEGO Group.

• A degree is not a prerequisite, but the candidate can demonstrate finance process and management accounting proficiency
• Strong partner management, collaboration and communication skills
• Extensive experience in working with finance business partnering and/or financial planning and analysis
• Strong analytical skills with consistent record of being able to develop practical recommendations from financial and data insights
• Experience in using digital tools to optimise and enhance finance activities
• Excellent command of the English language
