We are looking for a pleasant, outgoing person who is able to multi-task and meet deadlines. A strong attention to detail is required to input: appointments, time and expense sheets, and billing. Handling phone calls and greeting clients in a friendly, professional manner is a must. You will be required to take detailed messages, transfer calls, handle mail, maintain a filing system, receive payment on accounts and provide receipts, and type at least 50 w.p.m. Experience is an asset. On the job training as a legal assistant is offered as you become more familiar with the law office setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.30-$19.48 per hour
